How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Zeraki Jewels come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?
